My experience at another given diner was extremely off putting. Yet these two extremely beautiful, classy, empowered and professional young ladies always have a warm smile and always make everyone whom visits feel at home. "I have not been to a Barnes & Noble in years. Can't remember how long. I pretty much thought they were out of business and I didn't know what to expect. Well, it was great! Great selection of books, ones I've never seen at other local book stores. Like university press books about the local area. Plus they have great toys, a good music selection and other odds and ends. Lots of people there too, so hopefully business is good for them"

"Only my 3rd time visiting this establishment since 2013 (I don't get uo to Austin as often as I'd like to). But from then to now this is a GREAT spot to visit and shop or just look around at great comics, compilations, figures, statues, and all kinds of other trinkets, stickers and curios. Definite recommend...Actually, the entire centre this store is in has interesting galleries and gaming shops in it as well."

"It is a very cozy and spacious bookstore with plenty of books of all kinds, lots of tabletop games you can purchase, toys for kids, some stationery, and there's also some games for consoles too!Plenty of good finds here, we didn't think we'd stay there for hours and buy more than we had planned.The staff personnel were nice and helpful, making the experience more wonderful."

"Amazing service. The cafe was delightful as well. Victoria took care of us and made delicious drinks and was so kind and has excellent customer service. She was talking to all the customers and so engaging with them and her coworkers. What a great visit. Plus I was able to pick up my book and cute new note cards. Was a great Visit. "This is my current favorite bookstore in the world, because even though the selection isn’t massive, it usually always has absolutely incredible finds. For example, pictured here is 1st edition, 1962 copy of the famous Carlos Fuentes novel, the death of Artemio Cruz. I also found one of the classics of Brazilian modernism that I was almost certain I would never find here in the United States. These are just two examples of the types of incredible gems You’ll find almost every single time you go"

"I love BookWoman and make sure to come here every time I visit Austin!They make good on their promise that they will have books by POC women as well as LGBTQ folks which is always a plus. Even though I frequent my local bookstores out of state, I always find something unique here. They also have stickers, cards, and clothes with feminist sayings on them.Staff is overall pretty hands off unless you know them so expect a quiet, peaceful browse unless you approach them first. Personally, I prefer to browse at my leisure so I’m ok with that."

"Interesting little book store often frequented by window shoppers. Many books are tagged as signed, which makes a book an even more unique gift. Note: prices are written by hand somewhere inside the front area, look around. I didn't interact with the staff, but they did greet us in a friendlyanner when we entered. If you have a favorite author or type of book, this may be just the spot to find a unique and rare copy of something special. Enjoy!"
