The lovely person behind the counter was kind enough to help me by listing the books she liked, asking me what I liked and offering me two excellent recs (which I have since finished).This is what a bookstore should be!PS: if your French is also OK, try their graphic novel section and ask for help. I wanted to read adventures of Tin Tin and French classics (Camus, Exupery) in French “in France”, but ended up finding the English translations here. No need to learn French. Lol!
