I was helped by Samantha over the phone who patiently assisted me with locating and placing the book on hold and informing me about the faults of the book as it was the last copy available, which allowed me to make an informed decision before purchasing the book. As I entered the store to make the purchase, I was then greeted with a friendly face at the checkout counter. Thank you all for your excellent customer service!
