"Book heaven 🫶🏽 This was on my bucket list forever and it definitely matched my expectations. The blind book date section was my favourite, and I loved looking at the out of print books. Total recommend- it’s worth the hype."

"Pro Tip : Go to the 2nd floor once you enter because that's the fun part. Also, it closes half an hour before the full closure. So, if you are arriving in the evening, you don't wanna miss it. Overall, an amazing place for book lovers. Loved the book tunnel and book hole. Don't forget to take someone with you to take good pictures 😂. They also have DVDs if you are interested in that collection. "This bookstore is amazing! My son and I went twice in the same day, because we had an appointment nearby, and we don't even live in Seattle! We spent a few hours here, and bought multiple books. We are already planning our next trip to Seattle specifically to visit this bookstore again."

"This place is an institution. For anyone that read and loved books from Kerouac or other Beat artists, it is an absolute must see while in San Francisco. The bookstore is not huge, but it is very pretty and the history behind this place is so rich and attractive. Would definitely recommend a stop at this place to anyone. Also, the location is really great: between little Italy and Chinatown, basically in the heart of San Francisco."

"I am so excited to have discovered this book store today. We decided to visit it as we love local book shops. I think I am in love with this book shop. It’s so huge and has a great selection of books. I love the vibe and everything about it. If you haven’t yet visited book place please do visit them. "A true treasure and amazing iconic independent bookstore in the heart of Cambridge and across from Harvard Yard. One can spend many hours browsing, reading, and soaking in all the incredible inventory of classics and contemporary. Adult, children, middle school, and early readers. "What an amazing Bookstore! 3 levels and loads of charm and book genres! They have a great selection of whatever you can think of between art and architecture to non-fiction and fiction to an entire kids section to movies and film and banned books. I could've spent days in there! I would love to go back and cozy up in a corner with some coffee from one of the numerous coffee shops in Boulder and spend the day diving into a good read!"

"Such a cute little store! There are other Green Apple Books in SF, but this is by far the best location. It has really adorable artwork, stationary, and assortment of unique gifts I really adore. There is also a really great graphic novel section, with both well known and more obscure titles that are great finds. I also love how late they're open! "I read Louise Erdrich’s book, The Sentence set in part in her bookstore.It was a great store beyond the novel’s connection. The selection of Native American authors as well as jewelry and ribbon skirts made for a beautiful contemplative experience.Independent bookstores need us—shop and learn!"

"Every Tuesday after work, I ask my girlfriend if she’d like to go for a walk; it only took two weeks for her to realize that “go on a walk” means “walk all the way down First Street to Little City Books”. It just so happens that every Tuesday is also new release day!LCB is a quaint local book shop not far from the PATH and waterfront & they have an impressive selection for the size of the store.By the way, if you’re someone who doesn’t want to support small businesses or authors by paying cover price, instead of bringing up the price difference on Amazon, go to your local library instead. :)"
